About Swordfish Fish & Grill

Swordfish Fish & Grill is a laid‑back fish & chips restaurant that I’m excited to introduce, tucked away at 280 Huntingdale Rd, Huntingdale VIC 3166, Australia, where the casual vibe instantly makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in or approach for a quick bite. Right from the start, Swordfish Fish & Grill gives off that relaxed, friendly atmosphere you want when you’re craving perfectly cooked fish and chips or a flavorful seafood snack without the fuss. What I love most about this place is how they blend traditional fish and chip shop charm with modern service options that fit into everyone’s day, whether you’re grabbing lunch on the run, sitting down with family, or ordering in after a long day. Naturally, they offer onsite dining if you’re in the mood to enjoy the breeze on the outdoor seating, which feels great when the sun is out and you just want to watch the world go by while you dig into crispy fish, golden chips, and other tasty morsels. At the same time, Swordfish Fish & Grill makes life easy with takeout and delivery options, including no‑contact delivery for peace of mind, so your quick bite arrives just the way you like it when you choose to enjoy it at home. It’s clear that customer convenience is a priority here, and that’s reflected in the smooth mix of dine‑in comfort and flexible, modern services that suit busy schedules. As you explore the menu, you’ll notice that every item feels crafted for people who appreciate good seafood without having to wait forever - a testament to Swordfish Fish & Grill’s commitment to tasty, satisfying food that never feels pretentious. its your local fish and chips spot! not sure what else you are expecting! but they are actually pretty good chips were nice. flake was good size, not overcooked, batter was quite decent. dimsims are the standard and potato cakes are a good size. overall really enjoyed this spot! price for a few things were a bit high but hey thats thanks to all the rise in cost of living. would happily come back here again!

This place is a local staple. The fish and chips are always top-notch, crispy, fresh, and incredibly tasty. I love how consistent the quality is, and the staff are always friendly. I have a few go-to dishes but it’s always tough to choose since everything on the menu is so good. I'm not sure where some of the negative reviews are coming from, but Chris and the team do an amazing job. I Highly recommend this establishment, definitely an 11/10

Swordfish owned and operated by Chris has to be the best Fish n Chip shop in the South East if not Melbourne. The location, shop, food and service quality are second to none and I would highly recommend you try it out for yourself
